The Rochester EOC is still open, however we are operating on a remote status. Programs and classes at the Rochester EOC will be on a fully remote status until February 1, 2021. All services and personnel can still be accesses remotely via email or phone message. Applications are still being accepted for Spring programs.

Provides academic education, vocational, and ESOL education. Program categories include Business, Information Technology, Occupational Trades, Early Childhood Development, and Community Programming.  Prepares students to pass the high school equivalency examination. The program instruction and class structure is based on the various achievement levels of the students, the HSE Preparation Program can accommodate a wide range of life styles and situations.
