Any service member who was active, deployed or wounded in the last 7 years is eligible for assistance, with proper documentation. Please see attachment in resource for eligibility criteria.

Adults over the age of 18 with children under the age of 18, resident of area served.

Low-income or recipient of Temporary Assistance and​/or SNAP benefits. Income guidelines apply. Furnace repair: home must be owner-occupied. For cooling assistance, must qualify for HEAP.

Must be a WNY resident for a minimum of one year. Must be a United States veteran, active military or military spouse.
