Ages 60 years and older or their caregivers. PATHS​/PEARLS: Experiencing anxiety and​/or depression. Residing in a community setting (single home or apartment). Unable to access traditional counseling services.

Patient​/client must not have insurance coverage, including Medicare, Medicaid, or any other insurance plans for services received, or patient must have a significant barrier that prevents them from accessing medical care via their insurance coverage. I.e., Financial debt. Cost-prohibitive copays. High deductible plan. Some exceptions for specialties and chiropractic services. Call for information.

Resident of area served.

Available to all, including individuals with physical or cognitive disabilities, mental illness, or in need of driver rehabilitation or evaluation.

Survivors of sexual assault. Family member or friend of sexual assault survivors.

Under 200% FPIG for most programs. Fair Housing, Health and our Seniors Legal Services Project have expanded eligibility guidelines.
