• Facilitates resources to face financial challenges and plan for the future.
• Offers wellness strategies.
- Connection to the Society’s online library & educational programs, resources for health care providers, and the Society's magazine, Momentum.
• Facilitates resources to face financial challenges and plan for the future.
• Offers wellness strategies.
- Diet, exercise, emotional well-being initiatives.
- Connection to local wellness resources.
- Crisis intervention in times of need.

Eligibility: Must have MS or caring for someone who has MS.

Required Documentation: Documentation of diagnosis may be requested.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: 50 Counties in Upstate NY.
