Emergency Payment Services

(Program)

*Provide direct assistance to low-income individuals and families by providing case management services through a series of assessments.
  • Assistance based on need and includes rent, security deposit, mortgage, utilities (such as gas, electric, heating, water, and sewer), auto insurance and repairs,¬†personal hygiene items, diapers and wipes, furniture, as well as gasoline and bus passes for employment-related services.
* Provides information and referrals to the appropriate resources or agencies.
* Provides personal financial counseling. 

Eligibility: Must meet income eligibility requirements.

Application Process: Intake assessment process.

Required Documentation: Income documentation. Proof of job seeking or educational opportunities. All members of household must be indicated on intake. Follow-up necessary.

Fees: No fee for service.
